✓ Меня давно мучает вопрос, но у меня нет на него никакого ответа. Все как-то нет времени. Надо на самом деле сесть с художниками и поговорить с ними. Может быть, они мне мозги прочистят. Я давно хочу знать: вот стакан уже есть, реальный стакан. Он здесь стоит. Зачем его рисовать? Я задаю серьезный вопрос. Нешуточный. Вот в когнитивном смысле: как людям пришло в голову начать дублировать мир? Почему наш мозг таков, что он хочет все время дублировать миры? Вся наша цивилизация на этом стоит. Почему мы рыдаем над несуществующими тургеневскими барышнями? Страданиями юного Вертера? Этого же нет ничего. Откуда это вообще взялось? Не существует Анны Карениной, Наташи Ростовой, Рахметова и других персонажей. Люди, читая эти произведения, сопоставляют свою жизнь с судьбой героев, которых нет. Получают положительные или отрицательные эмоции Все это влияет на психику.
✓ Например, герой романа Николая Чернышевского «Что делать?» Рахметов ложился на гвозди, тем самым испытывая себя. А тургеневским барышням было свойственно постоянно падать в обморок. Практически сразу после того, как эти произведения были написаны, девушки охотно начинали падать в обморок, а многие люди — испытывать себя.
✓ Известный советский и эстонский литературовед и семиотик Юрий Лотман утверждал, что искусство не копирует жизнь, оно ее порождает.
